  • Hope this answers your question. Others may disagree on this philosophy, but I feel the proof is in the longevity of these turbo... with multiple owners seeing 50K and more on their turbos utilizing this hardware and the HPA tune.

  • Hence cooling is accomplished via dual bank O2's and a tune which utilizes both.

"This is KEY..one O2 has 1 front(cool) cylinder and 2 rear (hot) and the other has 2 cool and 1 hot. If you merge and stack these o2’s in stream lower in the downpipe, or in a single, you will never be able to manage the fule for long term durability of the cylinders."

  • @OoShinkooO

Taken direct from Marcel Horn, the tuner for this build...

"The VR6 is a unique animal. With all 6 cylinders tucked under one head, it is critical that you manage the back pressure and EGT’s as you will have three sets of exhaust valves that will run much hotter then the forward three, the downpipes mate to the same dual oem cat design and the O2,a are still 100% separated and collecting data form the three banks they are responsible for. "

  • Fantastic Run! What is used to cool the rear three cylinders? I'm about to Turbo my Vr6, and I wanted to know the options available.. I live in South Florida

  • @benzdoct none beyond taping the seams on the hood and front bumper. We considered taking the mirrors off and running skinnier tires, but in the end we just tucked the mirrors in.

  • Very Nice, if anyone talks S*** go and put up you video of running in a sanctioned event. Again nice speed, what aero mods have been done to the car?

  • @uberVduber Well that's a "freakin" coincidence then isn't it? Not only are you a troll, but you are also a BS artist and idiot to boot! The car in this video is mine... commissioned by me and built by HPA. This is HPA's FT650 Twin Turbo build and is the only air/water inter-cooled TT they have built to date. Please post up some pics of your old ride to disprove my claim.

Like I said... Troll's gonna Troll... please go back under your bridge LOL

  • @uberVduber

damn freakin hilarious...guy i owned this car btw.. got 471 bhp

but the transmission and the launchcontrol wasn´t that good as i thought..it can´t handle the power..so i finally sold it an bought a silvia...4 real..half the power but the fun doubbled :D

  • @piefke8625 LOL trolls gonna troll... done a few high speed passes have you? The tape is for aerodynamics junior...and it has launch control as well. I love people who post up who haven't a clue...

This car was faster than a Gallardo, a GT500 and a Z06 at the Mile. How would your car fair?

  • no launch control and taped front bumper...shitty vdub....JDM 4 life
