@FireYourDoctor whats your facebook ? also how do you handle acne as a teenager, i read your book, earlier in the book it said you would mention it towards the end, but u didn't, great book anyway bye the way ! loved it i was about to go to my doctor, ask for a dermatologist and start accutane, would rather live with acne!

I think I did get a bit side-tracked, though mentioned briefly - I think diet and general well being are important in minimizing breakouts. Though, after being contacted by other people, it's clear that this doesn't always work for very severe acne. Candida is something that could be a problem. I guess I'm not an expert, but the main point is that hormones play a large part, and acne should calm down over time
