In this lesson, students learn to use the following order of operations when simplifying: Parentheses, Exponents, Multiplication/Division, and Addition/Subtraction (PEMDAS). Note that multiplication and division are done based on order of appearance from left to right in the problem, and addition and subtraction are done based on order of appearance from left to right in the problem.

  • Thats the wrong answer , its supposed to be 29 instead of 31 because u subtracted instead of add first

  • @awesomeleah13 - Depends on whether you call these -->( ) "parenthesis" or "brackets".

  • My 8th Grade came up with this one: Pimps Enjoy Money, Drugs, And Skanks.

  • You can als do EPMDAS as well and get the same correct answer
