The scroll wheel does not work for mine at certain scroll positions. I had numerous other problems with this mouse. Cursor jitter problems, crappy drivers, drivers crashed Windows when switching between users, crappy tech support from the manufacturer. Ergonomically it's unsuitable for my large hand. I'll never buy a Razer again. People have been raving about Razer, but I think it's an overpriced mediocre hardware. I'll buy MS mouse next; at least I'll know it will last me 10+ years.

i know how just open the mouse you will see the mouse wheel put a little lubricant or petroleum jelly on the hole which is holding the scroll wheel and put some on the wheel to :) hope that helps

i had same problem, also the clicking sound on buttons.. wanna know what i did? I went to the store and bought a Deathadder = problem solved
