This is a very simple diet plan anyone can follow to burn fat while maintaining muscle mass. This is the plan I am starting off with to get me ready for a photoshoot in a few weeks and then my first fitness show in april.

Bodyweight X 14 = Daily Calories
Daily Calories /6 = Calories per Meal

40-45% Carbs, 40-45% Protein, and 10-20% Fats

Meal 1: Fats and Protein
Meal 2: Protein and Carbs
Meal 3: Protein and Carbs
Meal 4: Protein and Carbs
Meal 5: Protein and Carbs
Meal 6: Fats and Protein

Note: Try to add 1 cup of veggies to each meal. Also, mix up your protein sources so that you are getting protein from different sources throughout the day.

  • Thanks, and what do you reckon is best protien food?

  • @farooqmuhammad1194 Chicken breast, white fish, salmon, turkey, and bison. Steak is a great choice for Meal 1 and 6 as well.

  • I still got layer of fat, but my abs are hard.how can I get rid of tht please?

  • @farooqmuhammad1194 If you are eating more calories than suggested in this video, then cut the calories down to 14 x your bodyweight and separate your meals the way i mentioned here. Then add two days of HIIT and that should do the trick. If you are already eating 14 x your bodyweight, then follow the diet only cut the calories down to 12 x bw.

  • Good video, oh and that's a

  • @orochimaruisugly Actually the ONLY time you need carbs is surrounding your workout...any other time, carbs are useless. If you are over 4-6% body fat, your body has more than enough energy stores to use in the morning even after 8 hours of sleep.

  • @orochimaruisugly dont act like u knw it all when u clearly dnt!
