Just did follow up research, she was sentenced to 41 months in jail!:
"The district court sentenced Cohen to a 41-month term of imprisonment, a three-year term of supervised release, and an $800 special assessment. The district court sentenced Stevens to a term of imprisonment of one year and one day, a three-year term of supervised release, and a $350 special assessment."

@Hounsfield you can tell by her attitude & her expression. usually if people are operating an honest business they would come clean & explain. she wouldn't even talk or look @ the camera. she's not going to get far in life.

When he moved to WNYW, Arnold couldn't use the "Shame On You" title because Channel 2 owned it. That's why his reports are known as "Shame Shame Shame" on FOX5 News.

@shotoklass thanks for writing. truly sorry for your bad experience. forgot to mention one thing. i purchased my car in 1980 & i still own it. i purchasd it in ALBANY, NY. they seemed to be more laid back. there's not much we can do. just stay alert. it's a huge , dirty fighting business. w/ the way the economy is these people are still in operation. happy holidays.****

@d4seasons , Txs for you advised, nemet car dealer in Jamaica,Queens NY, robbed me for a couple of thousands dollars, these are very well trained professional crooks, beware inside the finance guy office, "sign here and here and initial here"they do this every day for a living! us? regular working people, how many times in a life time we walk into a dealer and purchase a car? we are no match! and they know it.I still keeping track of NEMET operations.More and more complaints! Everyday!.

@shotoklass there are too many crooked people out there. i, myself do not like car dealers. you can't even browse in car dealerships. they press up against you & they only appreciate you if you buy. if ever you desire to purchase a car, plan & bring along a few friends. ****

I remember this jingle on WCBS & I remember when they aired it a few times on CBS this morning during the Smith-Zahn days. Very catchy jingle which would stick in your head.

@TELEVISIONARCHIVES you are correct. the biggest scams today are MORTGAGE, CREDIT CARDS, TIMESHARES, etc. i still get calls & letters like these & i wish they would stop. it's been going on since 1987. i just hang up on them. sad part is victims are still falling for these scams. ****
Shame! Shame! Shame! Shame on You!
