It is funny how Viner keeps repeating that "she was telling Lyasan that she was training too much".. For some reason I just don't buy it. Where was Viner when Lyasan was complaining about her pain for months and months.... Basically, instead of training for 9 hours, Viner was saying what? "Lyasan, you need to train 8 hours"????? Viner is called the coach from God, but I think her success story is based on the fact that the girls train 8 hours per day for 10 years... Nothing godly about that

@Xtina061986 I know EXACTLY what they mean because this happens to me all the time.
When they mean "loads" on her feet, that in other words means loads of pressure from jumping or stretching too much on your feet.

It just means she was putting a lot of pressure of her feet from jumping and landing on them and pointing them during routines.
Since it is a translation some words might not make sense and there is no Russian word to describe the same thing in English so a similar word like 'loads' was used.
