Hi umi3001,
If you would like for me to backup my suggestions by detailing my professional Turntablist experience for you I will. The suggestions are below.
1. If your set if for a battle, cut all your loop sections in half at least.
2. You are ready for 1 click flares so put in 3 to 5 hours a day for 7 days and you will have them.
3. If your set is for battle, practice stage presence while practicing your set like I am in my channel picture which came from my practice video.
