For about $3.95 a song you can buy various arrangements of various songs. All songs are arranged and sold legally and the copyrights belong to their respective owners.
This arrangement is by Phillip Keveren. He also made an amazing Hey Jude arrangement that I may put on here... should my home piano ever be tuned!

@milestwoandahalf I couldn't tell you. I know how concert band pieces are rated, but I'm not sure piano pieces are rated in a similar fashion.
