Come on people.Be honest.It is easy to convert these.All you need is a lower,a lower parts kit,an upper,an upper parts kit,a barrel,barrel extension,a barrel nut,delta ring,front sight base,gas tube,bolt,bolt carrier,buffer,buffer tube,buffer spring,hand guards & a few other assorted parts. So easy any gunsmith or engineer could do it.
