I've been dancing hula, tahitian, maori and samoan numbers for over 30 years and I have never heard anyone call it Hawaiian belly dancing. That is pretty funny!

Tahitian, Hawaiian and Raqs Sharqui ("Bellydance") are completly diferent things!

Also, there are different styles of tahitian dances, they do not have to have quick hip motion.

man...the drumming really sucks....are they using tincans? theres no structure just random beats out of the blue and its very common in Tahitian Dancing done up in Hawaii......just my openion....but i think it should dound like this
