Ateyaaa please be careful using those BC Powders they're extremely strong. A friend's mother just died from them. She took one every night for athritis pain and the BC Powders ate through not only the lining of her stomach but the stomach itself and she had internal bleeding and died a few days later. Be careful and stay beautiful.

Honey use the old skool remedy of vicks vapor rub under your feet with some socks and you will start to feel brand new!

also some castor oil....yuky but will do the trick...also echineacha you can catch the illness early on....

always remember lady alway eat something before taking any pill form or powder form i love bc power got it by the case 43 yrs old been taking them sense i was a teenager my whole family do,but we eat with it.something to coat the stomach.

I understand that BC power is good for headaches and other aches / pain, but it is bad on the stomach lining. BC power is uncoated , and it goes directly to the lining of the stomach, which can cause the stomach to bleed. Warning, just take caution when taking this drug. it can cause you more harm then good.

u should do commercials. cuz grrrl u can sell a product. anywho i tried theraflu and im not a fan. if u ever want to u can try the cvs nyquil....OMGOSH!!! that stuff is nasty but let me tel u, u'll feel so much better after u wake up but its up to u. i bet thats how u feel with the theraflu. ok later

TheraFlu is some good stuff!!!I also use Tylenol cold & flu (it's like a blue, minty med) and that medicine will have you felling better overnight!!I have the weakest immunity system so earlier this year I started a vitamin regimine that has had such a huge impact on my life because I can't even tell you how muany sicknesses that I have been exposed to and never actually gotten sick!! I take Nature-Made brand vitamins like the women's multi-vitamin, echinecea ( for immunity system health), etc.

aleve cold & sinus is wonderful...i have recommended to my fmily and friends and they all felt better the next day. and it helps with headaches too, i like it because i have a hard time drinking hot stuff
