It's the guitarist of a band called Dirty Deeds (later just Deeds). Don't remember his name but he didn't replace Janick because they didn't play live. Dirty Deeds was a band on Steve Harris his label Beast Records.

@coenwooldrik Sorry mate, I enjoy what I enjoy. And I´m not whining about anything. These guys made some great albums and some others were not so great that`s all. In my opinion VXI doesn`t reach their standards. Furthermore, in my opinion their last good album was FX (and I only like their live stuff after that point).
To me Killers Powerslave or Piece of mind were much better than what they are doing now. I also prefer any Dickinson solo album more than the ´new´maiden.
