Do NOT mislead the people, there is no private beaches in Costa Rica. As a costarican I know my political constitution really good, and I know for a fact, that nobody can stop me to enjoy any beach in "my" entire country.

Another fact is that "our" constitution does NOT allow to build to close to the water, because then somebody can denied the access to US, the native COSTARICANS...
