oh c'mooon! Tza - Bah - llyòh - neh it's pretty difficult to pronunce for an Italian as well, my sister for instance isn't able to say the 'GL' correctly. Anyway this is the classic recipe with marsala wine
It's not "zuh-BAG-lee-oh-nee"
It's "zah-bahl-YOH-neh" or "zah-bye-YOH-neh"
