You won't see Pro Mod style screw blown door cars running 1/4 mile. The NHRA has has outlawed screw blowers in door cars running quicker than 6.00. A screw blower running quicker than 6.00 must be in a Funny Car. For this reason, screw blown Pro Mods are limited to 1/8 mile.

Your right Zironi7, a 3.40 in the 1/8th mile is still ONLY HALFTRACK to me.....I just dont get excited over the short 1/8th mile times......I will take a 5.99 @ 240mph over a 3.40 @ 2.15mph ANYDAY!!!!

I really like these AL-ANABI guys BUT unfortunately they have started 1/8th mile drag racing.Its a waste to see cars this fast race ONLY 660ft.I was hoping that they would be different from ADRL & race a 1/4mile.Its just not the same watching these machines race ONLY HALFTRACK!!!!!!!

and racing is racing how would you compare 2 adrl records if 1 car went 1/8
and the other 1/4??
and what do you say to the fuel cars for running 1000ft not 1320ft 3/4 track racing?? racing is racing your 5.99 pass wouldnt even qualify in an adrl race fyo.
