Part 3 of the interview with Ed Bartoli. In this segment he discusses how when the government raided their offices, that the search warrant was supposed to have a subscribed and sworn affidavit pursuant to Supreme Court rule. When their offices were raided, the warrant had an unsubscribed and unsworn affidavit. It wasn't until some years later, did the government produce a subscribed and sworn affidavit. They performed fraud upon the court.
