Here is a few clips from a finishing exercise. Most of the athletes did go on to make it down and back. It was at the end of an inseason upper body training day, and it was competitive and enjoyable. The athletes got some much needed grip work in, as well as "played" with the ropes.

  • that would be easy, if there was no slack, that slack keeps you from "monkey swinging" which in turn forces the use pure muscle, i'll have to try that sometime.
