this video gives you a good idea of olympic weightlifting but olympic weightlifting isn't something you can learn from watching a video or 2 online, the real teacher in olympic weightlifting are the aches/injuries you get as a beginner, when your wrist starts aching, you know damm well as soon as your wrist heals, you better change to the olympic weightlifting hook grip, when your bustin your testicles in accident in the snatch, you know damm well when u recover, you better widen that grip
