  • IF BANGOR IS THE CITY OF LEARNING, WHAT IS CAERNARFON THEN?

  • @twistedspanner The Town! simply the Town LOL

  • @CaernarfonOnline SIMPLY A SIMPLE TOWN:-)

  • @twistedspanner Depends on your mentality I suppose? It's simple in a way that it's not complicated, in much the same way as Bangor is not thick that it needs to learn more.....

  • Ah a few seconds more and you'd have stopped outside the old Dinorwic Iron Foundry (now Oakmere Plumbing)!

I used to live there before moving to Liverpool.

    Enjoyed the video though!

  • The building you refer to is famous for being used by the World famous de Winton (Engineer) see the Cofis website Hall of Fame for the full story.

Links can be found on the Caernarfon Online website. Thanks for your comment.

  • I was in tears with this video. I am Mexican and used to live in Bangor. Caernafon was my favorite place to relax and meditate and people there were always very nice with me. Hope to have the chance to visit you guys. I am now in the US and it seems is harder to visit you. It sounds more like a dream.

Gwynedd ydy i mewn 'm asgre!

  • woop Caernarfon! suprised i didn't recognise anyone.

  • Great driving, even stopping for pedestrians. Looks like a wonderful place.

  • Who remembers the majestic nightclub, and bingo bach in poole street,my nine loved it in there bless her.lol

  • i have to admit, i was really nervous the first time i went to caernarfon. i didnt know if i would fit in or how the people would take me, i mean what from being from the south but i was made to feel really welcome and comfortable. its such a better place than pontypool, im missing it already and hasnt even been two weeks since i left. my favourite memory would be drinking outside the angelsey inn or siting down by the pier
