  • Great video many thanks

  • that's how i train ;)

  • If you want a really athletic looking body you should try thr Athlean-X program. I'm on week 5 and and starting to look like an athlete rather than a body builder.

  • @yelkaim1

    Train hard or go home

  • this vid was excellent

  • Im trying to get a more athletic build, im one of those people who have a big frame but i dont want to be anywhere near having a bulky body builder style body. My diet is more towards an athletes (no protein shakes or pills of any kind) diet with lots of fruit and vegetables. But i find it hard not to build lots of muscle of weight lifting. From what you've said i guess i just gotta run alot i want crazy speed and agility.

  • so i was thinking about joining mainly to build up a strong, muscular, ripped body and besides improve my overall health and endurigness. is it possible to gain lean muscle through fitterufitness or is it mainly for people who want to loose weight?

    thank you

  • hey yuri ,

i have a question about fitterufitness. i m 20 years young and slim body type. i have problems putting on muscles and getting ripped( i started working out 1 year ago and i m not satisfied with the results). ever since i quit taekwondo (4 years ago)because of knee problems my physical endurance has become worse.

  • I LOVE your advice...THANK YOU! Completely changed the way I see fitness and nutrition. "Eating for Energy" is a great book!
