  • Very measured in your comments dude, well done. It's really easy to just bag the shit out of her (fun too!) but you've got your point across very professionally.

But still, this week's biggest loser is: Jillian Michaels!

  • Bottom line....as a "celebrity trainer" Jillian is making a mockery out of a very serious and effective fitness tool. She has an obligation to learn how to do this properly and she obviously hasn't. Shame on her.

  • @mamaste so she and Denise uses the same choregrapher but Denise been in fitness for years!

  • @UTubeViwer84 It is!

  • @GlossyShoes If you're a beginner of yoga? then you should try Gaiam Yoga Conditioning for Weight Loss but for the beginner's level? you're going to have to have yoga blocks and strap!

  • @mamaste I believe that's the same woman who choregraphes a lot of Denise Austin's workouts!

  • thankyou for this, kettlebell takes years to perfect and no one should claim to be an expert who hasnt put in the time it takes to learn to work with this amazing tool. she doesn't even know how to hold a kettlebell how can she teach someone to workout with kettlebells properly? the sad part is that millions of people think she knows what shes doing! some one will get hurt, and they wont ever understand the amazing benefiets of proper kettlebell training.

  • In complete agreement with you regarding the importance of proper form and efficiency, and in your assessment of many kettlebell training videos. However, you seem to be implying that certification is a necessary condition for expertise in the use of kettlebells. I disagree. Certification is, in most cases, sufficient for expertise, but expertise is possible by other means: for example, research involving a variety of different sources and media, coupled with patient, methodical practice.

  • Well done.

  • Excellent response, I agree with you,

  • @979roadrunner I injured my tendon while working out to one of her DVD's, so I wouldn't dare try this one. And that's excruciating pain. She doesn't really give good instructions on how to do her exercises.

  • @Allina277 Of course they don't show it on TBL, but in fact the workouts are of an injurious intensity for unconditioned people. From what I've heard it's very common for one or more contestants to require medical attention each season. So it's not when did this happen, it happens regularly.

And get a load of her 'swing through' exercise, a back wrecker if I ever saw one.
