另一個品牌的重要元素﹣理解。人腦中,有一個重要的部份:RTPJ(右顳頂交界區),是專門判斷他人在想什麼?這是可以受刺激而成長,當RTPJ愈活躍,我們愈能理解別人­的心思。腦部構造在現代科學中已有許多區域被解密和解構,藉由這方面的知識,可以多應用在設計過程,畢竟理解他人想法,是設計過程中,相當複雜的一環。本段課程,分享TE­D.COM中,Rebecca Saxe所談論:
