my cobra- pullied, jlt cai, off road pro chamber, mac mufflers, steeda tri-ax shifter, spec stage 3+.
friends gto- heads cam intake, lt full exhaust, custom tuned,spec stage 3+, b&m ripper shifter.

@ItsJonahh yes the GT's were poop, the Saleen's were just a mustang GT with suspension upgrades and a supercharger plus the saleen bodykit, same with the Roush cars, souped up GT's, The Cobra came out with a 32 valve dohc with forged internals that just killed everything

@afgandominator im just going by what i saw on a mustang forum. many people said that it was meant to keep people buying ford. people wanted a badass mustang because the gt's were poop and they wanted saleen so ford countered saleen with the cobra to keep buisness with just ford

@afgandominator I have the stock 255/40r19s. I have a set of 07 GT500 wheels I'm planning on putting 305 Mickey Thompsons or Nitto NT05Rs on. I had 275 M/Ts on the GTO so I'm leaning towards those again but they don't last very long. What kind of Roush do you have?

@cammed05gto haha nice man, now change your user name lol, what size tires are on your 5.0? I just bought some 295/3518 BF Goodrich for my roush and they are very sticky :-)

@afgandominator I now own a 2012 5.0. With intake, exhaust, and tune it feels pretty similar to my GTO. A little less torque, a little more top end. The Mustang's 3.73 gears make it rev quicker than the GTO's 3.46 gears and the Brembo package makes it handle like a champ. It needs some drag radials though, the car can't hook for shit on the stock Pirellis.

@cammed05gto your right man, GTO's are no joke, but they sure aint no 03-04 cobra or a 5.0, promise yull be much happier if you get a bad ass stang like a terminator or a new 5.0

@afgandominator I agree with you 100% for a while chevy stoped making Maros .Pontiac Is DONE. gto tran ams whatever.Mustang has always been the most bought cars in america, and still is. the mustagn 5.0 smokes the camaro S.S and the 2013 gt500 will blow the doors off the new camaro zl1.

@zachthemanism but there is not to many disposable Cobra's on the road, but I wonder why there is so many mustnags out there? GREAT PRODUCT MAYBE?
