@tsconner88 well i have quite a bit of experience with fitness. i lost 40lb over the summer. then i realized i was getting too skinny and not strong enoguh so ive been going to crossfit ever since. thats like what, a year? not that much, but im definately no NOOB to fitness

This is a great exercise, I did something similar for physiotherapy when I hurt my shoulder. Great post!
