  • Holly, my legs are too weak for the lundges.  I need to have some more basic exercises to build my leg muscles strong enough to do these! I'm doing sit to stand, but no where near as well as you! I have to help myself up and I can slowly sit down, but I have to sit. I can do the leg lifts very slowly. It's a great place to start!
