This idiot should have known not to leave his Di-Gel tablets at the office. How can anybody be so stupid? This man is guilty guilty guilty! I would never want my daughter marrying such an indecent excuse for a human being wearing those pajamas revealing the outline of his genitals. I carry my Di-Gel everywhere I go and I wear a modest over sized baggy robe to bed to always be prepared for a camera man entering my bedroom asking if I feel a little stuffy. This man is a dumb dirty pervert!

This is the actor John Reilly who played Dr. Dan Stewart on ATWT in the 1970s (in between runs by John Colenback) as well as Sean Donnelley on GH in the 1980s and Alistar Crane on Passions after David Bailey died.

You're thinking about Earl Holliman from "Police Woman"--and while he and John (D.) Reilly have a similar look, I'm sure this is John (D.) Reilly.
