Janice Forsyth is joined by chef Rachel Stricevic of Taste Catering this week. Today Rachel is using a variety of fresh fish, including turbot and the Latin American dish whiting ceviche as well as making grilled mackrel with Mexican salsa. Mairi MacIver meanwhile visits the Ashoka Indian restaurant in Glasgow to try their low calorie curry and finds out about the Castlemilk Food Coop Development Project.
