Cardiophone p12/8plus
The Cardiophone 12 lead is a trans-telephonic ecg device for home monitoring of the heart.
In very simple steps, every subscribers can record his own heart rhythm and transmit it to the call center for further diagnosis of is heart.
12 lead cardio phone full electric image of the heart, Identical to the hospitals heavy duty standards EKG devices.

• For complete rhythm and ecg-changes interpretations.

• This device allows us to accurately detect any change in ECG in case of relative chest pain.

• Cardio phone is small in size, user friendly and with memory to allow easy recording of t ECG, and further transmission via-phone line to the call center.
1 verify that the slider switch is in the 12 position
2 connect the patient cable to the electrodes
3 Place the device in location 1,
Press the yellow button and release on sound. Wait for the end of recording.
4 when an intermittent sounds move the device to location 2.
Press the yellow button and release on sound. Wait for the end of recording.
5 when an intermittent sounds move the device to location 3.
Press the yellow button and release on sound. Wait for the end of recording.
Transmission (upon operators instructions)
Place the telephone mouthpiece on the yellow pad next to the telephone icon.
Press the yellow button.
Reset:
Upon hearing the operators instructions press the reset button on the back of the device.
Release after 1 second 5beeps will follow.
Remarks:
1.Green light blinking : ECG stored in memory.
2.Yellow light blinking : replace battery.
3.Battery should be replaced every 6 month, even if device is not use.
