Ahh, too bad but I totally understand. This is hard. Its awesome that you tried though. I just up the amount of lemonade and maple syrup and those extra sugar calories really make a difference. Also, if I really ask my body if I am hungry MOST of the time I am not (assuming I have had enough lemonade). Remember that when you feel hungry you are burning fat. I think you should spread out the tea and the SWF. Keep up however you can. : )
