no Ur kidding us ,,,,the kelvin angling association is doing its best to rid the system of poachers and trouble makers ,,i understand the river has been fished for along time by allot of people but the true fisherman don't mind paying the permit as they know it goes back into the upkeep of the river and the future of trout and salmon stocks,, without the R.K.A.A the salmon and trout stocks will dwindle very fast and the river will decline back to a very sad state in no time at all.
