In this clip Artist Maggi Hambling, who was given a CBE in the New Years honours list this year, is interviewed in her studio about her work, sexuality and mental health. Hambling is a painter and sculptor whose work is held by the National Gallery in London, The Tate, and whose controversial statue of Oscar Wilde sits alongside Charing Cross Station in London. This short film Directed by Mike Wyeld will be available for screenings in 2010. Funding supplied by Cool Tan Arts and the Heritage Lottery.
