This is a first look at the AMAZING little amplifier from Soundigital. Its a 250.2d and does 300w rms at 14.4 (manufacturer's claim). Here i open up two of them and wire them up on the test bench. Cute little amp! The only negative thing with class D amps is that they tend to distort in the higher register. As they use squarewave to regenerate the sinewave, the freq of the squarewave simply goes too low in the high register and the amp dists. But class D's are GREAT for a high efficiency subwoofer amp.
