TV Travails Round 2

After the previous issue (sparkly red artifacting with banding anywhere the color red appeared) was "fixed" with a motherboard replacement, our television has started doing something similar with the green portion of the spectrum. My TV is a Samsung LN-S4095D, and although BestBuy says they'll replace it, I though it might help others to know that this issue is not fixed by motherboard replacement, but rather is an issue with the panel itself.
