  • @trinhk pulleys on the track or spring are probably sloppy and need to be replaced

  • WRONG WRONG WRONG In a northern climate lithium grease freezes like concrete when temp drops below 32 degrees and you know the door manufactures tell us anything other than 100% silicone spray will void the warranty. So why mislead the consumer?
