Ultimate NIN Haste

My semi old NIN Speed Video.

Technically the fastest out there as everyone else did not resort to AF2 legs "DualWield UP" together with a capped Equipment Haste of 25%.

You can only get capped Gear Haste with AF2 legs when you use Shinobi Latents. I used the Earring. The Ring would stop working once I hit 100 TP


Afterwards fooling around with Kraken just for funky looks.
