This looked a little crisper and cleaner than I remembered seeing it. Was this a remake or just a really good copy of the original series' footage?

I use to watch this when I was a kid... My parents would occasionally record some but now even those have disappeared... I've been looking for YEARS for this series. Even in anime shops the vendors look at me like I've lost my mind when I ask about the Spaceketeers.

Wtf! havent heard of a Starzinger movie. i watch the show when i was a kid. around 85 and i have contineud to watch it till today. Even got the star tattoo on me. Awesome show. Does anybody know where to find this movie?!?!?!

Haa hahaa Well the English Voice Actors did not do to bad. At least they had a Shakespearen feel to them. And the Actors some what did a decent job in portaying their Japanese Counter parts. Ha haa. So it was all in great fun. It brought back memories watching this. ^O^

well, the japanese adaptation of Journey is called Saiyuki. So you are right on the money with your reply. And this is the Space Opera adaptation of Saiyuki, but I came across the english language version. Pretty bad. But any Leiji Matsumoto stuff is priceless

Its like Journey to the west. The Monkey, the Sea Demon and the Boar protect the Priest on their Journey to the West.. Its kinda of cute ^O^
