What a crock!! "Former" this! "Former" that! "Former" the Other. Is anyone asking why these folks are all former?. I t's no mystery to me. EFCA will restore the majority sign up. These scare tactics are so transparent. EFCA will stop bad faith bargaining. EFCA will penalize employers that violate workers rights. Why is McDonalds spending millions to defeat this? Google Yale New Haven Hospital.....don't fall for scare tactics.

Every one of these individuals is exactly who they say they are - actual former union organizers and officials. EFCA "restores" nothing - you can do majority signup under the current law. EFCA eliminates secret ballot elections in the vast majority of cases. Companies are trying to stop EFCA because they know that it will kill millions of American jobs. None of these individuals were paid for their statements. They disclose these problems - at great personal risk - because they got into the labor movement to help working people and then they learned that today's unions aren't about helping working people.

If the EFCA is not the answer what is your solution to the problem of the last 20 years- we union organizers trying to help people get to an election and the new 2 billion dollar union busting industry that halts every election; some delayed up to two years while the company picks off the empolyees one by one. Where's the democracy in that? Where are the enforcements of currently labor law? The EFCA is the backlash of years of corporate manipulations and the breaking of labor laws.

Unions win more elections today than they did in the 1970s. So-called "union-busting" is obviously not effective if unions win nearly 70% of all union elections. Well over 95% of elections occur in one month from the date of filing - many of the rest are delayed because union organizers file "blocking charges". EFCA supporters completely misstate the facts in order to eliminate free choice - kind of like getting cards signed.

I am a Union worker and I am totally against the SEIU. And have been every since they stated it.Yes it's a form of socialism. Everyone with one pay, no matter what job it is.

Go through the apprenticeship programs or stay out of the unions.

Anyone can join a union. Just quit your job and go join one. I don't believe in forcing companies to go union.

Labor is an open market just like the stocks you buy on the NYSE. There's a going rate for skilled and unskilled labor. If you don't like your compensation then look elsewhere or start your own company.

This country was founded with a free market system and unions degrade that. If your job goes overseas, so be it! Go back to school. Become better skilled than those Chinese or Indians who make your cogs or write your code!

The 3 most corrupt industries in America are the auto industry, the airline industry, and the public education industry. All 3 of these industries are dominated by labor unions. Demands for higher wages regardless of how crappy the union workers do which equates to higher prices on goods & services which eventually equates to crappy goods and services. And we wonder why our public schools, colleges and universities are either p.c. indoctrination centers and/or there's no learning going on there.

Every single one of these individuals was a paid union organizer. One was a union President of a large local in Pennsylvania. Each one of them has their business cards, pictures with union officials, etc. to prove it. None of them were paid for their statements.

What the Internationals are saying is, "the hell with union quality. They just want more workers in the rank for more dues money.

Anyone can join a union. Just go to your nearest union hall of your trade and join. But go through the apprenticeship program. No matter how long you have worked at your trade. You'll be surprised at how much you really don't know about your trade.

The Internationals are all for the card buyers, just for the amount of memebers.
