This is incredible. I made a video of myself trying to do this a while back but it's not any good. I need to try again.
That's two fiddles, isn't it?

I am 72 years-old, and just took up fiddling. I love it. I play it pretty well now. I just ordered the album "The Foggy Dew" by Eugene Odonnell. Can't wait to see what the name of the fiddle tune I have been playing is. It is a slow aire. I heard it on a Breton CD.

I just received the CD in the mail. The guitarist is indeed Mick Moloney.

Yes, I agree. It reminds me of my days at Irish dancing when I would have danced in competition............too many years ago. Eugene would have played on two tracks on this recording.

@UISTMAN59 Yes, this is wonderful playing. Too bad Eugene is no longer playing. He has trouble with his fingers. There is no-one plays these tunes like him.

This is the sweetest Irish fiddle playing I have ever heard. Who is the guitar accompanist? They play perfectly together.

As far as am concerned no one can play Irish dance music like Eugene O'Donnell. I am almost sure the guitar accompanist is Mick Maloney.

Yes, one of my favourites too. Eugene O'Donnell was the finest fiddler of Irish music that I know. He does not play now because of problems with his fingers. Mores the pity.
