As far as I'm concerned, the politicians have failed Britain and they are continuing to do so! Until they give the police back their powers, reintroduce discipline back to schools and tackle poor parenting, then the crime rate in Britain will continue to escalate!

The government should get to the route of the problem. Sort out the benefit culture, improve schools, improve police force. Get some sense of national pride back into Britain.

@MrLawman10 What's wrong with your police that they can't tell who the troublemakers are? In my city, cops are pretty astute at ascertaining what types of people they are dealing with. Plus we have guns. Not carrying them around in the street, but you break into a home in this country and you're taking a risk of being shot. Simple as that.

@MrLawman10 In America, gangbangers started getting ROUGH sentences, and the police knuckled down on them. In our country, the equivalent to chavs would be "wiggers" but they were just idiotic trashy white dudes, but now they got older and they're just losers.

If we got through the horror of black gangs, Britain can put a stop to these juvenile delinquents if they really wanted to. Get the ring leaders and put them in jail for a long time and the lifestyle will lose its appeal. It worked here.

@GlassSeagull Typical liberal idealism that never really brings results and no problems ever get solved. Just a bunch of nice sounding words that doesn't take into account the cultural antagonism. You can throw money at antisocial people and they won't do well. The culture has to be broken, the bullying has to stop before you can educate them. It may be better to try battling it on all fronts, this one included.
