I cannot imagine how someone could screw this post up so bad. How did they make the video? Didn't they have a copy of the record handy? It should be more than obvious that the Coasters have nothing to do with it, nor is the title "Get An Ugly Girl To Marry You". The others are most definitely right. This is "If You Wanna Be Happy" by the late, great Jimmy Soul.
