  • @Nirmalite1 ok, so how do you do it?

  • Yoga means union with the Divine. Kundalini is a Divine mother energy which resides in our sacrum bone. When it awakens, we get our self realization - our Yoga. You can't awaken the kundalini by doing these exercises or achieve a state of Dhyana - meditation.
