@philipbloom thanks for checking out the video. The available light and space in the gym not to mention the frenetic pace of the workout limited my shots, especially getting little cutaways like I think you're suggesting. I went for a master shot and a variety of mids and close ups to offer the widest array of editing choices. I'm set to shoot more of these videos, so will look to explore more and varied shot choices.

Too many girls are obsessed with being skinny, as slim as possible, as little scale weight as possible. It's not nice, attractive or healthy.
