主料 / 牛腩 300g、南瓜 200g、青江菜 6根、香菇 3朵、芹菜 1根、蒜頭 5個、蔥 2根、薑 1片
調味料 / 酒 1大匙、雞粉 1茶匙、胡椒粉 1/2茶匙
做法:
1、將牛腩切小塊;薑切片;蒜頭切片;蔥切段;芹菜切末;去皮南瓜切塊,備用。
2、蒜頭、薑一起爆香後,將牛腩入鍋,下香菇、加入約1碗水量蓋過食材,入米酒調味,蓋上鍋蓋燜15分鐘煮熟後,入南瓜續滾,再放入半碗水煮入味。
3、備另汆燙鍋,水中入一點油和鹽,將青江菜汆燙後撈起擺盤。
4、最後加入雞粉、胡椒粉、蔥段,起鍋後灑上芹菜末,即可盛盤。

【汆燙青江菜小撇步】:
先將莖部入水燙10秒之後,在整顆放入水中,即可馬上撈起。
