When asked about the inconsistencies in her story at about 5:55, her blinking pattern changed. Then at about 7:15, she hesitated and appeared to look at him for help. If you look at him at this point, he is focused down at the floor. She is lying about not knowing why she had inconsistencies in her story, and he is looking evasive. I highly doubt their story of passing the polygraph, when their body language screams guilty.
