G.C. Natural Horsemanship
Clinic held November 2011- "Setting up the young horse for success"
Part 4: Long Line lunging
This is the fourth video of 8 small snippets from my clinic which focused on setting up the young horse for success.
In this part I am demonstrating some basic long line lunging skills which focus on softness, responsiveness and calmness for effective lunging.
The horse used in this video is a 4 year old Brumby mare from the Guy Fawkes River National Park in NSW.

@mystarmajestic No worries, it can be a tricky one hey! but with a few consistent sessions they pick up the idea pretty fast :) this mare is great to lung now, very soft, light and responsive (not that she is bad in this video but has improved since this).
