Herman Cain press conference repeat delay

due to delays on different channels, some channels broadcast a little behind others, causing one channel to play part of a speech/press conference a little before or after another channel. As a result, you can change channels giving the illusion that the statement is being repeated a number of times depending on the channels. I have illustrated that here using presidential candidate Herman Cain's recent press conference.
