Synchro figure - Thrust

First half of this figure is called arched fishtail, then it goes to vertical and ends with a vertical thrust. The pike position of the swimmer before the thrust (necessary to achieve decent height above the water) is clearly visible.

That was beautiful but I could say that the decent could be slower and more controlled than the thrust. Just like the Heron Thrust.
