Cannes International Advertising Festival organisers have teamed up with YouTube and Oxfam to put together this exciting video competition. If you are aged between 18 and 28 then you could win an all-expenses-paid trip to Cannes to represent YouTube in the prestigious Young Lions Contest. All you have to do is make a short advert for Oxfam and upload it to YouTube. For the full brief and details on how to enter go to www.youtube.com/canneslions.
