how do you use item commands?

@TheFooglepuffs do ::item (id) (amount)... except without the ( )
for example if i wanted to spawn 5 whips i would do ::item 4151 5
to get the id go to a commands list in the folder of the private server you downloaded. or go to the website of an item list in this video's description
